3 years of media agency experience
Direct knowledge of brand health and media measurement programs, including collaboration between media partner and business
Accountable for brand and media measurement program across the business, including collaborating with marketing to optimize media spend and inform creative briefs based on segmentation insights
7 years of experience in multiple, for-profit sector insight roles showing upward progression
3 years of experience in leadership
Bachelors degree in statistics, analytics, market research/MMR, business, marketing, strategy, sociology or psychology
Direct knowledge of/experience in multiple market assessment capabilities (e.
g.
, primary research, qualitative research, UX research, business analytic techniques, opportunity assessments, competitive intelligence, business insights, market intelligence, front-end innovation, etc.
)
Working knowledge of relational database management systems and methods for joining data from different sources
Working knowledge of standard statistical measures and probability theory
Applied knowledge of data governance/insights archiving practices
Applied knowledge of data privacy practices and policies
Proficient comprehension of business finance
Proficiency in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative techniques and tests
Proficient ability to broker different capabilities/techniques
Proficient user ability in at least one statistical analysis program
Ability to convey complicated technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to apply a scientific approach to answering questions and/or solving problems
Demonstrated ability in data storytelling
Proficiency in the following additional skills and abilities: Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, public speaking, influencing others through deliberation, consultation, root-cause analysis and human-centered design principles
Preferred Qualifications
Mix of client-side and agency-side experience in insights roles
Experience in multiple industries or a mix of experience at companies in different strategic stages (e.
g.
, start-up, turnaround, accelerating growth, etc.
)
Masters degree in statistics, analytics
