Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Obtained Masters or equivalent in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Experience in application of Industrial/Organizational/Occupational Psychology
- Experience in using data analytics, psychological theory of human behavior at work and technology to provide advice and insights to Talent Acquisition professionals and the business
- Experience in delivering solutions that add prediction and reliability to talent management processes; reduce unconscious bias; increase objectivity to have a positive impact on business outcomes, such as Quality of Hire; diversity and candidate and employee engagement
- Experience in supporting strategic TA programs and initiatives
