Khoros is now seeking a Talent Experience Partner, Data Analyst to conduct analyses to enable evidence- based decision making.

This role will use simple and complex statistical theories and methods to explore, infer and predict.

Using these combinations of skills, the analyst will help Khoros uncover information and extract meaning from the data, supporting our workforce and HR activities.

The person must be energetic, proactive, organized and passionate about data science and how it can be used to positively influence organizations and people operations.

Some Responsibilities Include:
Convert complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels, including dashboard creations
Partner with the internal Workday administrator team to build and maintain people analytics dashboards in Workday
Partner with the internal Business Development team to build and maintain people analytics dashboards in Domo (Business Intelligence tool)
Ability to integrate multiple systems and data sources to build large and complex data sets and making them usable for analytics studies (e.

g.

transforming and cleaning data, working with incomplete data sources, etc…)
Apply simple and complex statistical theories and methods to explore, infer and predict
Perform data manipulation, cleansing and analysis
Work closely with the HR Organization to understand the needs of the business and build new opportunities to maximize the value from analytics and reporting
Continuously learn and share knowledge about new ways to mine data and distill meaning out of the data available, finding creative ways to work around limitations
Collaborate closely with the People Analytics manager to advise HR and Khoros Leadership teams
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of work experience in process/analytically focused role, ideally supporting HR processes and metrics
Expertise in Excel (
