Experience and Expertise Required:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in reporting & analytics teams that specializes in visualization and data presentation.
• Minimum of 3+years of experience in Tableau development in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Strong understanding of Tableau and its advanced features including calculated fields, parameters, table calculations, row-level security, R integration, joins, data blending and dashboard actions
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization and Tableau-specific delivery projects.
• Experience designing, developing, architecting and administrating Tableau solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency with different charts, tables, filters, parameters, table calculations, LODs, blending, joining, connectivity to multiple datasources, Statistical features & mapping capabilities
• Deep Dashboard design and development experience is a must.
• Experience with Tableau Prep and Data Modeling based on Tableau best practices. Experience working with IT teams to aid in solution design a plus.
• Design thinking proficiency a must. Translate data into easily-digestible and highly-visual dashboards applications and executive level report deliverables

• Strong belief in the art of “Story telling by Data Visualization” and following best practices while designing dashboards
• Ability to quickly learn and gain expertise in new tools/technologies
• Strong creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
• Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form
• Ability to identity root cause & provide recommendation
• Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Must have capability to clearly communicate analyses. Presentations to both technical and non-technical personnel are required to be made frequently as part of the job.
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment balancing between both business and functional interactions and priorities
• Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
• Ability to thrive in a techno-functional role that requires not only standardized reporting, but also on demand adhoc analyses
Educational and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
