Job Summary:-
Position Details
Interact with Senior Managers including Project and Resource Managers
Run various processes in Oracle (setup/update Oracle projects), define and map jobs, reactivate employee profiles, adding people/organization to the resource planning list, setup organizations, add/update cost center, Oracle maintenance as per the standard procedure.

Timecard management
Carry out validations as part of maintenance on a variety of applications.

Change management in Jira, Confluence & Remedy as required.

Set up accounts for new hires.

Remove access as part of termination on a variety of applications.

Housekeeping activities and processes on a wide range of applications.

Meet Service Level Agreement per the Service Catalogue.

Prepare reports using Oracle, SFDC or other in-house applications.

Prepare presentations and other documentation on an ad-hoc basis.

Undertake temporary tasks to provide similar services to other functions in the organization.

Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including macros, formulas and reporting e.

, pivotal tables.

Knowledge on SQL would be an advantage.

Proficient in other software in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Power Point and Visio.

Ability to understand the Business requirements of all the reports.

The ability to organize and coordinate activities requiring analysis with precision and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

Strong communication and personal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a heavy emphasis on detail.

Proven experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information.

Knowledge of quality assurance processes
Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environ
