Summary
All Native Group is looking to fill the position of Systems Engineer.
The System Engineer will provide analytic capability and access to data, as prioritized by MARCORSYSCOM Internal Controls Division.
Design, develop, and implement data indices, data marts, application programming interfaces and interfaces, to deliver data to authorized end users and systems.
Implement custom and off the shelf capabilities to enable a self-service analytics capability to include automated alerts, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Recommend capabilities to include more advanced data science techniques to include process optimization, Robotic Process Automation, and Machine Learning, based on emerging user demands.
The Engineer shall identify and assist in maintaining RPAs compliance with existing and future guidance and directives.
Essential Functions
Provide end-to-end automation of repetitive, rule-based processes
Work with any required application (SABRS, SMARTS, ARC Tool, PIEE, PR Builder, Document Repository, GCSS-MC, etc.
)
Utilize existing manual interfaces to bridge systems to include legacy systems and newly transition system (DAI, iProcurement, etc.
)
Document and improve processes
Automate manual processes
Reduce process cycle times
Eliminate human error, resulting in increased accuracy and reduced re-work
Increase compliance with federal mandates
Improve auditability
Increase customer satisfaction by increasing quality and reducing response times
Accomplish work not currently done due to resource and time constraints
Increase productivity and employee satisfaction by shifting to higher valueCompetencies
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with external customers
Written and verbal proficiency in the English language
