The Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Chennai.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.

Need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.

Present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.

Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

Identify new opportunities for process improvement.

To be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment.

Work closely with SSCM on issues and ensures that the customer is satisfied with reports being published.

Develop a healthy data collection systems & sound strategy for getting quality data from different sources to use it to right place efficiently.

Maintains data dictionary by revising and entering definitions.

Knowledge of MSTR, Teradata & Tableau will be an added advantage.

Here is some of what you will need (required):
Must be able to analyze the impact of each metrics and evaluate the KPIs
Knowledge of BOMs and product structure
Strong Oral, Written Communication, negotiation skills
Good analytical skills, Reporting and Decision-Making Skills
Team player with very good collaboration abilities, well organized, able to prioritize
Knowledge on Master Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning and pricing will be an added advantage
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
3 to 5 of experience in Planning or Procurement
Preferably Engineering Degree
Purchasing, Planning and Supply Chain knowledge or experience
