Job Responsibilities :

The Summer Internship Programme at Reliance has been designed to draw the management students# imagination and creativity, as well as their ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results.

o    Effectively assess the problem statement/project statement, derive valuable insights through industry benchmarking or data provided internally and arrive at plausible recommendations/solutions

o    Recommend and (or) oversee end to end execution of project, if possible

o    Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of his/her project

o    Develop mutually benefiting partnerships with internal/ external stakeholders by establishing trusting relationships

Education Requirement :

o    Working knowledge of software applications for analysis and reporting # like MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint etc.

o    Good analytical and research capabilities with an ability to challenge conventional thinking.

o    The candidate should be in the first year of the MBA programme, pursuing Master#s degree in Management from a premier B-School

o    Should be open to work at a plant (manufacturing location)

o    Approximately 0-3 years# experience in a corporate environment; the internship is open to candidates with no prior experience as well.

Experience Requirement :

o    Aspiring Minds# Cognitive Ability Test(AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, Personal Interview#
