Statistical Data Analyst (Buyer Engagement Strategist)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform research in coordination with unit business objectives to optimize existing content, uncover new opportunities, and launch new business initiatives. Areas of research include target audience analysis, buyer personas, lead progression, platform performance and others as assigned.
Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and/or dashboards focused on consumer behavior, market opportunity, current student population and other relevant data points as identified.
Develop surveys and audience personas that help recommend a strategy designed to recruit qualified applicants in the most cost-effective manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field directly related to the research or data analysis responsibilities and a minimum of one year of research experience; or a Master’s degree in one of the same fields. Progressively responsible work experience may substitute for the college on a year for year basis.
PREFERRED:
Preferred applicants will possess two or more years’ experience producing reports and surveys, conducting focus groups and communicating with key project stakeholders. Must possess strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritization projects.
