Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

• 1 years of statistical analysis experience.

• 1 year of psychometric programming experience with a testing company is preferred.

• Must be proficient in R programming.

• Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred

• Experience with R Markdown a plus.

•Must be willing to continuously update knowledge and skills using new software applications available for test data analysis and efficiency enhancement.
