About the role – you will:
Be responsible for SAP system installation, configuration, maintenance, migrations and upgradesConduct research into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issuesBe responsible for the administration of the SAP system including installations, upgrades, system refresh, performance, security, sizing, support and connectivityApply Support/Enhancement packs, monitoring disk sizing/utilization as well as system performanceInstall and configure system monitoring using Solution ManagerDevelop and implement system copies and data refreshesResponsible for Database AdministrationManage routine patching and upgrades of operating system and databasesAssist in disaster recovery planning, testing and process implementationBe responsible for performance tuning for Database and SAPDrive automation and scripting methodologies
About you:
Well versed in SAP Basis Monitoring, installation and configuration.
SAP APO/ IBPExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood analytical skillsWell versed of working with onsite/offshore model and leading teams in different geographiesAble to work with professionals having diversified backgroundsGood at problem solving/team playerGood database knowledge (Oracle, DB2, SQL, HANA, Sybase)Proficient in operating system knowledge (UNIX, Windows, Linux)
Your experience includes:
SAP Basis administration experience in private/public cloud-based environmentSAP certification/training in Netweaver
Prior experience in handling SAP APO/ IBP and exposure to Netweaver concepts and products (Fiori, SolMan, and Enterprise Portal) will be advantageous e
