The Opportunity:
Apply a structured methodology and lead release management activities
Conduct Post Implementation Reviews for Release activities Complete Release management assessments
Support and provide input to the change management process participants, artifacts, process and strategy
Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change controls
Consult and coach project teams and other process participants
Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.

Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
What it Takes:Education: B.

E/B.

Tech in computer science / information systems or equivalent.

ITIL Foundation V3 or 4 Certified
Experience: 5+ years of equivalent experience analyzing IT Systems, Data and Service Management.

Previous Change Management experience preferred.

Prior history operating in a global company with operations in EMEA, AP, LA and the US
You are great at:
Interacting and coordinating complex meetings and reviews with both technical and business teams at all organizational levels.

Receiving daily direction from the Release Management Process Manager within the Service Transition organization.

Interfacing and communicate with Test Managers, Dev Managers, IT Ops and off-course the PMO on a daily basis
Understanding and working in a DevOps environment.

Conduct system security audits, system security checks Setup and administration of multi-tier computing system environments
