Job Summary:-
Role Summary:
Manage marketing performance analysis and insights for Energy Management and Industrial Automation GM teams, to understand, identify, visualize and report, the efficacy, alignment and performance of marketing actions and assets, against the business and team objectives – which tactics, assets and messaging worked better/did not perform well and why, by customer and partner type and how well they are addressing the busines objectives and challenges, they were designed to support.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business objectives, problems and challenges in order to identify the efficacy of our marketing initiatives, to address them.
Identify and report the performance of campaigns, tactics and topics across geographies and customer types, to understand what worked, what didnt and why.
Draw actionable insights, inferences and recommendations by corelating performance data and voice of our stakeholders, in order to design future marketing campaigns for success.
Define and implement the appropriate analytical and data visualization tools and techniques, aligned to available reports, tools and marketing processes, for easy understanding, correlation and impact.
Drive marketing performance by sharing monthly reports with operational insights, recent trends, key contributors of success and opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with internal business units and other teams to obtain required data, cleaned and validated.
Work with stakeholders to identify and address data gaps (nomenclature, traceability, mapping etc.
) for effective correlation and reporting.
Focus on continuous improvement of reporting/dashboards/visualization/insights and automation of processes and dashboards.
QualificationsDesired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business/Marketing/IT/Statistics, specializing in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or related fields
4-8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Data Management
Experience in analytics around Marketing/Digital marketing topics will be an added plus
Hands on experience on advanced Excel/Tableau/SQL/other programing language and analytics tools like Google Analytics etc.
