Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Drive analytics led transformation in supply chain, demand planning and finance functions.

Work closely with business analytics head, strategy head and cross functional teams across business and IT to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisionsCreate analytics and strategic roadmaps for the functions for enabling data driven transformationDrive Data quality and enrichment projects to create analytics backboneBuild systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights & apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performanceUse business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area and method of improving operations.

‘- Drive analytics backed business impact by supporting in decision making areas such as network optimization, inventory optimization, building resilient supply chain, cash flow management, analytics based cost management.

Analyze financial impacts to provide recommendations.

Establish strong benefit measurement methodologies to understand business impact of strategic and transformation initiativesIdentify data platforms to create analytics data backbone, conduct vendor and analytic platforms assessment for transformation initiativesDrive quality deployment of spend analytics capabilities at businesses.

Control internal/external information sources for business analysis.

Preferred Industries
Education Qualification
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field+ Master of Science in Information Systems/Information Technology for leadership position

General Experience
10+ years of experience in data analysis, advanced analytics solutioning and analytics engagement management; industry experience is a plus
Excellent knowledge of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive techniques (optimization) in analyticsPossess good supply chain analytics knowledgeStrong consulting, stakeholder management & benefits measurement experienceGood knowledge of automotive or manufacutring industry will be a Big PlusKnowledge of Excel, R/Python and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.
