KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Sr Data Analyst
Provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure activities and team organization aligns with the business and project strategies.
Build trusted advisor relationship by partnering with Business and IT to best achieve expected business outcomes
Plan and utilize resources proactively and efficiently to achieve project objectives
Apply strategic thinking against very complex business and technical problems directing personnel and consultants on the proper objectives to develop and implement business requirements.
Support capabilities Release testing and provide business sign off for new capabilities
Help with supervising contingent workers and their daily tasks including onshore and offshore staff
Qualifications
3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred
University (Degree), Preferred

Required Skills:
3+ years of Data Analysis experience.
3+ years of experience coding SQL
Experience in systems analysis
Desired Skills
5+ years of Data Analysis experience.
Financial Services and/or Retirement industry experience
