Overview:
As a Sr Data Analyst, you’ll take the lead as you work with the business to define a problem, find the requisite data and propose solutions based on data analysis.

You will have to innovate on building scalable data solutions that solve for Item foundational needs.

This role requires creating business impact driven by data, and facilitate cross functional partnership and communication.

You’ll support ITEM COE in measuring and reporting Product contents for target.

com, content coverage, guest click through and conversion.

You will be the front line person for the ITEM business to enable self-serve reporting, and data driven actionable insights around Item attributes, data quality and ready for launch items.

You will explore statistical analysis that could be applied to the data, and performing descriptive statistics and data visualizations.

You’ll play an active role building best practices and establishing methodology and participate in applicable committees and leadership forums.

You’ll work directly with managers, engineering and business users to gain insight and access to relevant data.

You’ll engage with product owners and users to deliver completed work.

About you:
4 year degree or equivalent experience.

Degree in technical/analytics field preferred.
