Job Summary:-
Job Responsibilities:
Writes functional requirements (including story mapping, acceptance criteria, user stories, workflows, etc.

) Analyzes and independently identifies problems within the software and/or clients’ data to create requirements Documents complex system processes, business rules and logic needed to fully incorporate a business process into the system Ensures requirements/stories are collaboratively defined, written, and understood by the team at the appropriate level and at the right size in order to deliver value Supports engineers in implementing requirements by prioritizing, refining, and clarifying requirements Identifies and documents story dependencies to help facilitate backlog refinement sessions Provides input to action plans to resolve client problems Develops requirements and specifications for software solutions by studying information needs: conferring with users, studying systems flows, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas Solves problems and/or conducts analyses Functions as a liaison between R&D, product management, support, client services, and/or clients Tracks and documents progress of requirements which may include identifying roadblocks, proposing, and troubleshooting solutions Facilitates a team to consensus on scope, design, and implementation decisions Asks strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems Strengthens job and product knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations Conducts training to fellow team members Participates on special organizational projects relating to continuous improvements Identifies areas of improvements within existing processes, proposing ideas and suggestions
Required Skills: 8+ years as a business analyst in a software development environment 8+ years’ experience in information analysis, software design, software documentation, software testing, software development fundamentals, software development process, software requirements Technology oriented – technical aptitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and consultative skills Facilitation skills An
