About this Role
Working within the Data Science team, the Specialist – Data Excellence will be responsible for continuous improvement of data quality, methods and controls for the data and analysis delivered by the TalentNeuron (TN) business intelligence platform.

What YouÂ’ll Do
Day to day data quality management for TalentNeuron data
Analyze large data sets to identify quality issues and suggest improvements; build and report data quality metrics; Efficiently work towards improving the metrics
Define quality rules and automate the quality check processes
Gather data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.

Address the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommend improvements
Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize system and tools needs.

Evaluate system performance and tools design, as well as its effect on data quality, and make recommendations for improvements.

Develop good relationships with users across the firm and interacting with them to resolve any data quality issues
What YouÂ’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related technical discipline, with 3+ years of experience in a Data Driven, 0-2 years of experience with a masterÂ’s degree;
Strong knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, graphics, statisticsÂ…);
Expertise in at least one of the following statistical analysis progra
