Good Knowledge on Testing Techniques.

Salesforce Administrator Certified.

Good Knowledge on Trouble shootingGood knowledge on SOQL & SOSL Query language.

Experience in working with collocated teamsKnowledge of performance / load testing.

Adherence to processes and procedures will be key.
