The Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) role in Apple Media Products (AMP) requires solid technical expertise in managing distributed database systems of massive scale and will configure, tune and troubleshoot those systems to achieve optimal performance ensuring their high availability.

Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting infrastructure in a high volume of customer-facing environment
Proficiency with Shell scripting, Python or similar languages
Development experience in Java
Experience on any of NoSQL data store such as Voldemort, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase or Redis
Configuration management experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Chef or Salt
Exposure to logging infrastructure and tools such as Splunk, Kibana
Exposure to DevOps tools, processes and culture
