Interact is used by Customer Service Agents from over 40 airlines to help clients. We are one of most important applications generating significant revenue for airlines. Our technology allows airline employees not only to sell tickets but also maintain relationship with clients by offering post-purchase servicing (exchanges, refunds, modifying trip options etc.). Our application is also used at the airports and allow Customer Service Agents to perform check-in and gate functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Under general direction, formulates and defines complex systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of business systems and industry requirements,Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of proper system requirement specifications,Works on enterprise system problems of diverse scope where analysis and evaluation of functionality is required,Supports the successful delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of Digital Connect products,Ensures new product functionality is delivered as required and does not impact existing products,Provides support to Quality Assurance and Software Development teams,Responsible for incorporating requirements into Developer level user stories (Agile methodology),Assist in the development of acceptance criteria work
