Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office is the oncology service line for Banner Research. The department operates in Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and Banner Gateway Medical Center. The department conducts Phases I-III treatment clinical trials covering all disease groups with the goal to provide support to the physician investigators and to provide trial treatment options to the patients in a safe and ethical manner, while ensuring compliance to the FDA and institutional regulations.

This position works within the Clinical Trial Office (CTO) at Banner MDA Cancer Center. As a leader and key member of the clinical research support team, this position works extensively with various Leaders across the Organization. This position is responsible for the optimization and implementation of the CTO’s Clinical Trials Management System(CTMS). The CTMS leader will oversee CTMS support for BMDACC by collaborating with direct supervisor, finance team, clinical research team, project manager, health system representatives, consultants and vendors to ensure overall completion of goals, schedules, and deadlines. Accountable for creating metrics & analytics, escalation from the CTMS team, problem investigation and resolution, and will be the single point of contact for oncology focused CTMS needs at the Organization.

This position will be responsible for 3-5 FTEs.
