Job Summary:-

General Responsibilities:
1) Lead software project requirement management.
2) Coordinating with project stake holders situated at different geographic locations for requirements.
3) Track end-to-end progress of the software requirements and defect lifecycle.
4) Actively participate in tailoring generic processes for requirements and defect management for project.
5) Assign requirements and defects to responsible departments / stake holder based on software architecture.
6) Maintain dashboard, matrices for requirements and defects and take necessary action till closure.
7) Maintain end to end traceability of requirements with tools like Jira / RTC / Doors
8) Maintain and update requirement documents with use cases in a discipline way to ease tracking
9) Conduct trainings with Dev and QA team to make them understand the process, and requirements.
10) Clarify requirements with team if required
11) Be always up to date on technology development and challenge yourself to deliver best-in class solutions to our customers.
12) Maintain risk register and highlight risk to right stake holder, prepare mitigation plan.
Qualifications:
Engineering graduate (preferred BE IT / Computer / Electronics) with 5-9 years of experience including Software development / QA, requirement management and business analyst
Experience in Agile SDLC, requirements and defect management (e.
g.
IREB standard, GfSE standard).
Hands on experience with tools like Jira, Doors, Confluence
Hands on experience with Use case diagram, sequence diagram and UML, burn-up and burn down chart.
Experience in writing functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Excellent English communication skill and stake holder management skill.
Quick learner for new technology updates.
Preferred skills:
Experience in Automobile software domain
Project management skills and knowledge in common project management methods
Knowledge in documentation management to make technical supplemental documentation
Experience with Automotive quality management standards, e.
g.
Automotive SPICE
Experience with speech recognition or related technologies is an advantage
Preferred to have experience with handling Cloud technology / IOT project
