Replication of these calculations and graphics in PI/PowerBI/PTM hubto enable remote surveillance.

Support Shell assets in improving reliability/efficiencythroughmaintenance of these tools transferring best practices across assets and forming standard remote monitoring templates and reports.

Needsstrong stakeholder engagement experience, the role exposes the incumbent to Subject Matter Experts from ProcessandRotating equipment engineeringas well as to asset engineers.

Support assets in achieving their KPIsby building the ProcessMonitoring toolsin PI for surveillance and remote monitoring.

This role is expected toSupportProactive Technical MonitoringProcess tosupport Shell’s Upstream, Downstream and Integrated Gasin improving reliability/productionbypreparing tools to enable remote site surveillance.

Principal Accountabilities
Summarise in 5-7 statements the principal results expected from the job
Understand existing surveillance processes/practises in place in Shell assets
Review all calculations and reports being used by assets for transfer into web based format.

Build/reviewPI, PTM hub and PowerBI screens to accurately represent the status of the plant.

Correct errors in PI tag adresses andcalculations.

Post deployment of monitoringtoolsmaintain a database of all calculations and reports for the assets to be updated when necessary.

Be accountable overall that it is ensured that all relevant deliverables (also from peers) are delivered in time and with very high quality.

Network with counterparts and other levels of organization across the different operating unit
