Senior Process Associate-Invoice ProcessingYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyse, resolve & post complex/defect invoices
Ensure to perform all reporting activities as per agreed timelines
Handle the email queries received in GMB/ Smart Desk within agreed SLA/ TAT
To meet set targets on productivity and accuracy consistently
To work closely with internal team in resolving the issues
To act as backup for SME for all queries & activities
To identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with SME in resolving the same
Track and analyze internal & external errors in Query tool on daily basis
Responsible to provide process trainings to new joiners and refresher trainings to team on regular basis
WHO YOU ARE:
Graduate in commerce or any other accounting degree
Should have minimum 2-3 years of AP/AR experience or any Finance functions with hands on SAP knowledge preferable
Ability to understand the fundamentals of the accounting principles
Knowledge of Excel and ERP(SAP)
Proficiency in data entry management
Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
Should be able to connect with the team & customers and demonstrate good networking abilities
Independent worker who is capable of planning work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

An individual contributor, at the same time, able to work well in a big team.
