Summary of the role:
The Senior Marketing Analyst on the Data & Dashboards team will help drive critical business decisions by designing and building exceptional, intuitive, accurate data products, especially dashboards.

The role may also be called upon to communicate these results to stakeholders and provide suggestions based on their findings to influence business decisions around how to optimize the customer journey across marketing and digital to sales.

Job Description
Gathering raw data from pertinent individual systems or data sources.

Collating such data to facilitate its interpretation via SQL, Alteryx, or other similar tools.

Validating and cleaning data, taking special care to identify and correct erroneous values.

Creating and updating data sets that evolve in tandem with our business’s needs.

Building self-serve data visualizations dashboards via Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
Analysing and interpreting data, with due consideration to the influence of missing information, outliers, or confounding and extraneous variables.

Reporting on insights obtained, to be utilized to inform business strategies.

Consulting on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data.

Key Skills for the role
Demonstrable experience as a Reporting Analyst.

Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes and data source structures.

Strong ETL and data troubleshooting abilities with Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Business Objects, or similar.

Strong data visualization abilities with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.

Actively identify and participate in driving increased data quality and efficiency improvements, standardization, and business system enhancements.

Strong ability to prioritize, complete tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy, work with attention to detail and deal with ambiguity.

Skilled in navigating complex organizations, systems, and processes, distilling complexity into digestible reports, communicating to stakeholders
Experience and Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Management Information.

Systems, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or similar.

Min 4 years’ experience in reporting or data analytics.
