The Role Responsibilities
Analytics delivery:
Own and drive Deposit, Segments, NR, Mortgages and WM VCGM data, analytics and MI delivery.

Personally, own and deliver projects for Deposit, Segments, NR, Mortgages and WM VCGM Heads.

This includes –
Using strong expertise in the respective VCGM business to drive the data & analytics deliveryAbility to prioritize, plan and track deliveryMonetize analytics assets with VCGMs to get incremental revenue for RBStandardization of analytics process and methodsStrong communication to set analytics objectives and lead VCGM interactionsContinuously challenging – self, own team and VCGM team along with VCGM head to deliver more
People:
Create Value partnership with Stakeholders – manage all communication and prioritization with the VCGM team and other supporting functions
Foster Performance driven culture in team – assess and d
