What youll achieve
Delivers ad-hoc data and report requests for client group.
Develops, runs and prepares various statistical analyses and reports based on both internal and external data sources.
Utilizes various software packages and tools for collecting, mining, interpreting and reporting data.
May be responsible for granting and terminating system access to data.

You will:
Provides analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit, segment or function by leading a team of business intelligence professionals.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members Reports and presents business intelligence dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership and executives .
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality Drives and leads process improvement projects.
Analyzes data and provides interpretations and various reports for the business
Serves as the business unit data steward, establishing validation and testing protocols to maintain the integrity of the data
Typically responsible for significant components of multiple projects or multiple small-mid sized projects Impact is on multiple functions or processes
