Role/Responsibilities
The Role / Responsibilities:
The Moodys Finance Transformation, Data & Systems team is looking to fill a role focused on supporting
demand in the Business Intelligence & Analytics team as well as the Workforce Development initiative for the
Finance organization.
This role has the responsibility of providing project level support in the delivery of
reporting solutions focused on crisp visuals and clear story-telling.
Additionally, this role will support the
execution of the Finance-wide learning and development initiative, building e-Learning and training content,
tracking L&D key performance indicators (KPIs).
Functional Responsibilities
» Support the execution of data and analytics requests from the Finance organization.
» Support the creation and execution of a Finance-wide learning and development initiative
» Develop and deliver internal communications to support the L&D intitiative
» Maintain several communication streams including email, intranet site, SharePoint and Slack.
» Build and develop internal training content, including e-Learning courses, and assess external
training content for the Finance Organization.
» Monitor the success of the Finance learning plan through the development and tracking of KPIs
» Support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
» Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field
» 3+ years of business experience
» Interpersonal skills: be proactive, self-driven with strong collaboration skills, requiring minimal
supervision; promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment; be open and welcoming to change;
be a creative and strategic thinker, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize
and meet tight deadlines
» Strong Microsoft platform skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
» Able to work with members of other teams across the organization and be sensitive to their needs
and obligations
» Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing executive-level presentations
» Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects / activities at a given time
» Able to pick up new software quickly and self-train utilizing
