PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Design is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers.

We care deeply about the people who use our products, and the SAP Design team plays an integral part in gathering insights about their attitudes, emotions, and behaviors to inspire and inform design.

We collaborate closely with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them and for SAP’s businesses.

As a Senior Design Lead, AI Applications you are responsible for AI-enabled solutions that assist our customers in making more informed and data-driven decisions about how to manage their business.

You will be a design leader within SAP Design and will help mentor and enable a cross-disciplinary team to deliver great end-to-end customer experiences.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Enable, drive, and lead the design team by managing project tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.

Shape the strategy by setting high-level design goals to ensure a consistent and engaging experience.
