Job Summary:-
Our GRAD (Global Research, Analysis, and Development) Marketing Effectiveness team in Kochi has an opportunity available for a Data Scientist.

The associate would manage and mentor a team of data quality professionals that would oversee the management of data we use in our analytic solutions.

Collectively the team would administer the overall program, train people on how to do the necessary work, manage and guide associates who handle data, help customers and creators connect, and assist when difficulties arise.

This team could leverage many different tools and methods to meet our objectives.

These include, but are not limited to, Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma, and machine learning methods.

ROLE DETAILS:
Be the primary GRAD representative during the data management decision-making process involving Product Leadership and Technology organizations.

Identify and implement opportunities that accelerate our ability to clearly define ideal data requirements for each analytic use case.

Conduct comprehensive cross-product discovery and documentation prior to data ingestion
Conduct exploratory data analysis before including new data in any analytics.

Design data quality control diagnostics, issue identification methods, messaging of issues, and remediation processes.

Determining the quality of the data should be completed before using it in Products that use our analytics.

Ensure validation, stability, and reliability of data sources, work with end-stakeholders, maintain the current specification of tables, fields, and their relationships.

Identify opportunities to reduce exact or near copies of data across repositories
Establish robust processes and SLAs with Data Partners, both internal and external.

Include data versioning guidelines for maintaining master and child versions, as a part of data architecture.

Implement, test, and maintain automated systems for data governance by including Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other Quantitative Field of Study.
