About the Role

As our Senior Data Scientist for the Consumer Platform group, you will get the opportunity to work with a team devoted to building impactful Machine learning systems, and lead the data science architecture on some of the first smart chatbots at Gojek.

You will have ample opportunity to flex your creativity and problem solving skills, getting us even closer to a perfect record in Customer care.

What You Will Do
Work with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Business Users to build, deploy, and scale Data Science solutions on chatbots and intend detection models for instance
Use your experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and distributed systems to develop these system; work with the engineering team to take the systems to production
Design and develop world class Data Science solutions to bring ML chatbot technology to life at Gojek
Become Chatbot and NLP expert at Gojek, influence the roadmap and build ML systems; be a hands-on technical leader
Partner with PMs and Operation to define where can ML be leveraged further design solutions
What You Will Need
At least 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer, with experience in Python, Unix and specialised in NLP and chatbot
A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operation research or other quantitative fields
Solid knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals, with proven experience to formulate Data Science solutions to business problems
Experience in taking Data Science models from ideation to production
Prior experience in building chatbots and NLP ML system and bringing them to production
Ability to provide strong technical mentorship to the Data science team working on NLP systems

The group takes care of providing scalable solutions for a wide range of products at Gojek.

Within this group, the CareTech team focuses on developing solutions that improve solution time for any user queries.
