Position Overview:
Avantus Federal supports the CBP HRM, Project, Analysis, and Evaluation (PPAE), Strategic Transformation and People Analytics (STPA) division with workforce analytics and reporting, process improvement, and other program management-related functions.
The Office requires robust analytics, dashboard development, and project management to achieve this task.
Responsibilities:
Support project teams and workstreams in developing analytical work products, such as dashboards, and integrating layered data sets, leveraged to advance workforce planning for CBPs personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Able to work effectively in collaborative team environments with little supervision; is proactive about reporting progress, risks, and/or challenges to program managers
Facilitate meetings with functional leads and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate requirements
Develop a core understanding of CBP mission and apply it to data analysis projects
Support requirements gathering efforts for dashboards, reports, or other analytical products
Develop project plans, project analyses, and reports, recommendations, implementation plans, among other project deliverables
Design and implement analytical products such as dashboards or models to serve CBP requirements
Prepare and update briefings used by HRM leadership
