Essential Job Functions
Uses analytics technology to make use of large unstructured data sets and complex algorithms.

Uses machine learning and predictive modeling tools to discover, create and analyze high-volume and high-dimensionality data of business value to the business unit and company.

Provides interpretative results to the business to identify value.

Uses analytic techniques such as cluster analysis and association rules to build predictive models and identify possible correlations between variables of interest.

Reports findings to assist business unit/s and company make business decisions.

Participates in the collaboration efforts with internal stakeholders and team members to identify tools and services such as modeling, dashboard development, decision aids and business case analysis to drive innovation and recommend solutions.

Makes recommendations for process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other organizations.

Basic Qualifications
Master in Statistics/Computer Science/Mathematics/Economics/Econometrics/Data Science with 4-6 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Science with 8-10 years of relevant experience
Eight or more years of Data Analytics experience
Experience working with financial analysis
Experience with multi-dimensional and/or relational databases
Proficiency with Tableau is desirable
Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI (desirable)
Experience in manipulating high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varied sources using big data integration and analysis tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, etc
Experience with data cleansing, validation and gener
