ROLE
Khoros is seeking a Senior Data Analyst as part of our Customer Operations team.
Were looking for someone with experience organizing large amounts of data into intuitive and actionable reports – data that is created by many groups within a company, and stored in several data sources.
This is a challenging role with high expectations for:
Reporting how the activities of teams in our Customer Organization (Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Coaching) are being performed at an operational level.
Tracking overall performance and progress of teams and activities.
Most challenging of all – Demonstrating how teams activities are impacting key business metrics, such as customer renewal/retention rate, customer engagement, customer satisfaction, and customer health.

You are resourceful, reliable, organized, energetic, self-driven, strategic, and love data detective work.
Youll enjoy working in a team environment at a fast-paced and growing company with offices in Bengaluru, and headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA.
Youll be using state-of-the-art enterprise software for data visualization, CRM (Customer Relationship Management – we use Salesforce), Support Case Management, Customer Success Management, Surveying, and AI/Machine Learning tools.
