What we’re looking for:
An opportunity to be part of a being formed data analytics team, tasked with giving the business insight to help make critical Business decisions.

As part of this team, the analyst will be responsible for the definition, creation and improvement of a variety of reports/dashboards to aid the business.

To achieve this the analyst will need to contribute to the analytics/reporting roadmap, engage with key business stakeholders to help define the required business insight, whilst have the technical ability to develop consumable analytics/reporting.

The analyst will require a strong technical background as the role will see them evaluating data integrity, managing reporting databases, manipulating data using advanced Excel skills, such as performing v-lookup, complex statements/formulas and pivot tables, and using BI tools (e.

g.

Tableau) to present data to provide a high-quality reporting product through effective data visualization.

Roes & Responsibilities
Spend 20% of work in Operations to learn and evaluate Citrix Technical & Professional Services Business
Perform Regression, Clustering and Classification techniques
Drive the execution of the Business Intelligence program, creating deliverables and moving projects through to completion
Follow Best Practices/Knowledge base including all documentation, usage scenarios and submission process
Work with I/T on future data structures and deployment processes, and collaborate with I/T in the general maintenance of BI system and related controls
Identifying and driving resolution of data issues, identifying and managing data factors
Maintain Data Dictionary and manage submission process of definitional and reporting standard
Required Skills
Degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics
10 years of work experience, with over 6 years of experience in an analytical field
