Your Role
Innovaccer is growing at an exponential rate, operating across 5 key markets within the US healthcare ecosystem.
We are striving for Operational excellence to help us scale efficiently and effectuate intelligent processes in fast paced environments.
We are looking for a smart, driven Senior Business Analyst to work in the Marketing operations team to define and refine the company’s marketing & sales process.
You work to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the marketing processes.
You are required to perform data analysis and are capable of using CRM/Project Management tools.
You will define new initiatives, execute these projects, and track performance metrics.
These projects will span across product, growth strategy, sales, partnerships & marketing teams.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing & streamlining the initiatives and processes undertaken by the Marketing Operations team.
A Senior Business Analyst is an individual with a strong desire in learning how a business is run, how the growth is hacked, how data driven decision making is done and how efficient processes are created.
You have to be proficient with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches/strategies for adding value in complex business analysis.
