Job Summary:-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g.

Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering).

5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, business analytics, market research or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries.

Experience with building and maintain basic data artifacts (e.

g.

ETL, data models, queries).

Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis and RDS.

Experience in working and delivering end-to-end projects independently.

Knowledge of distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing.

Experience with one or more data visualization tools (e.

g.

Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.

g.

t-test, Chi-squared).

The Amazon Devices and Services team is seeking a passionate and solution oriented Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to help drive the devices business in India.

You will define, monitor and report appropriate data metrics to assist product GTM, demand generation and marketing teams.

This is a role with wide scope and interface with several key business functions like Alexa, Prime Video etc.

You will be required to quickly become conversant on Amazon data structures, data flows and then analyze performance across devices and content categories.

The successful candidate will be skilled at analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner.
