What you’ll do:

– Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for business insights.

– Build and optimize OLTP & OLAP dashboards for analytical reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making using any visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

– High level knowledge of Python for data integration, manipulation and automation.

– Design and implement data architecture solutions that optimize data processes and improve efficiency.

– Create and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka to ensure real-time data availability on Snowflake or any other Database/ Data Warehouse

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

– Optimize and streamline existing analytics processes to enhance reporting capabilities.

– Manage relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data needs and delivering timely, actionable insights.

What you’ll bring:

– 5 to 9 years of experience in data analytics/engineering, data architecture, and process optimization.

– Expertise in SQL: writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and managing large datasets.

– Proficiency in any visualization tool like Power BI or Tableau

– High level knowledge of Python for data integration, manipulation and automation.

– Experience in building data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka and integrating it with Snowflake

– Strong experience with data architecture, process optimization, and ETL pipeline management

– Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring junior analysts.

– Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
