Key responsibilities
1.
Responsible for delivering strategic analytics data solutions built on CRM Tools such as Salesforce.
com (SFDC)
2.
Hands-on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and building visualizations
3.
Drive automation of various processes such as Tender & Contract Management, Product & Charge Management, SCM Lead to Agreement, Air & LCL Tender Quoting, Responding to RFI/RFPs,
4.
Interpreting business data to analyze results using statistical techniques & ability to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
5.
To centralize and automate the creation and sharing of opportunity data across the organization Sales Pipeline analytics
6.
To communicate and partner with key stakeholders to understand their reporting and dashboard needs thereby delivering insightful & a story telling dashboard experience using Power BI
7.
Provide best practices direction and implement approaches for content & data governance focused towards sales performance analysis.
8.
Analyze data sets for patterns & anomalies and create mock datasets to create meaningful prototypes and enable parallel development in other development areas.
9.
Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
10.
Define new process improvement opportunities.
11.
Knowledge on different types of predictive modelling & its application.
12.
Perform Impact analysis – Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers, Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
13.
Possess Knowledge of Tenders and Global freight forwarders
