This role will focus on driving and supporting analytics initiatives at the Customer Engagement Management (CEM) function within Western Union.
You will work with CRM and loyalty teams to build data and analytics products to support customer growth and retention strategies.
You will identify, analyze and develop strategies that support direct marketing programs, design and implement methods to gauge program effectiveness and also be responsible for setting up and executing valid measurement plans based on design of experiment methodologies.
You will be partnering with resources from various internal Data teams and P&L business owners to align on insights, recommendations, and steps forward.
The role requires innovative systematic thinking, creative problem solving, and strong rational skills.
Majority of your time will be spent querying databases, cleaning and aggregating data, working on exploratory & diagnostic data analysis for root cause identification and resolution.
