Accounting senior Analyst

What you’ll achieve
We are looking for a professional, organized and reliable team player to join our growing India Accounting organization.

Under general supervision, the team member will be primarily responsible for General Accounting.

You will:
Timely and accurate closing of the books in line with set deadlines
Leads Accounting Projects to improve processes within Accounting
Prepares, analyses and reviews aging of transactions
Supports monthly accounts reconciliation process and Bring new ideas for process improvement
Provides support and expert guidance to business partners as required

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
Chartered Accountant with 1+ years of post-qualification experience OR MBA/MCom with 3+ years of experience
Comprehensive Accounting experience, General accounting ,Reviewing various GL accounts, Preparation of monthly BSR (Balance Sheet Reconciliation) statements
Ability to setup or fully redesign a process
Oracle accounting system experiences; MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
Good interpersonal skills.

Should be able to create synergy and interact with cross functional teams
Desirable Requirements
ACCA/SYMA/CIMA certification in progress/completed is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, analytical & numerical ability
