Job Summary:-
SDET I
Job Description:
Ø Responsible for writing script for creating scalable, maintainable and distributed test frameworks/tools for continuous integration.

Ø Responsible for scripting, evaluating, testing the performance and load of the applications

Ø Responsible for driving test analysis through test suite code coverage and data analysis

Ø Responsible for identifying infrastructure related issues on the system

Ø Responsible for setting best practices on test operations

Ø Responsible for diagnosing complex production issues, debugging and RCA.

Job Requirements:
Ø Between 2-4 years of experience in SDET functions

Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

Ø Should be able to code in any one programming language prefer java

Ø Excellent problem solving skills

Ø Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

Ø Ability to test micro-services effectively by using Postman, stubs and building necessary test frameworks.

Ø Should have excellent debugging skills.

Able to debug just with logs and minimal information pertaining to the issue.

Ø Excellent knowledge about asynchronous systems, distributed systems

Ø Detailed understanding about databases, cache, queues, and proxies.

Ø Ability to debug the root cause of issues with logs and also recommend logging in the system.

Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ø Self-motivated, goal oriented and willing to work as a team to meet the team and individual goals on time.

Responsibilities :
Experience in writing and implementing test cases, running, and reporting on quality.

Write, execute and fix test cases, test scripts as per specifications and interact with developers to report,
troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Reproduce issues reported by customers or other teams.

Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data and server logs.

Ability to read Java code but not limited to any programming language.

Skills and Experience :
Strong technical background, are detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities.

1&4 years of experience in testing and Automation.

Excellent understanding of Testing life cycle, SDLC, Test Processes.
