SCIPI Team Lead Competitor IntelligencePOSITION PURPOSE:
The Team Lead will lead the Competitor Intelligence team being part of Science, Competitor, and IP Intelligence (SCIPI), a global team within Bayer Crop Science R&D Operations.

SCIPI combines Crop Science insights and expertise with information science capabilities to deliver authoritative Information for Innovation at Bayer Crop Science providing customized, targeted alerts with the newest patents and scientific/business research, together with in-depth retrieval and analysis of data and literature
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Take over manager role for SCIPI (Science, Competitor & IP Intelligence) Competitor Intelligence team; accountable for HR related tasks (people development)
Develop SCIPI’s strategy for Competitor Intelligence in alignment with SCIPI’s leadership team
Implement Competitor Intelligence Strategy
Enable Competitor Intelligence team to deliver competitor insights supporting CS R&D strategy
Be accountable for SCIPI solutions in the area of Competitor Intelligence e.

Partner & align with key stakeholders in CS R&D and beyond to maximize impact of Competitor Intelligence team and solutions
Closely collaborate with global head of Science & IP Intelligence and members of the leadership team on overall SCIPI strategy and its implementation
Be active steering member of CS
