Job Title : Schedule Risk Analyst

Purpose of the Job :
Schedule Risk Analyst is responsible for performing project schedule quality checks, schedule risk analysis, and propose schedule optimizations using advanced planning, scheduling, and analytical tools.
They are also responsible to develop complete project schedules when needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs) :
Perform project schedule quality checks on both proposals and project schedules to help ensure quality of schedules comply with scheduling best practices;
Work with project planners to prepare project schedules for regular schedule risk assessments;
Assist project managers and project planners in identifying and mitigating/exploiting schedule threats/opportunities a.

Perform regular statistical project schedule risk analysis;
Assist project planners to optimize project schedules and achieve improved results;
Verify calculation of potential delay costs including LD payments;
Recommend schedule buffer a.

float for individual projects under assessment.
Track and report country, hub, and global level LD payment exposure;
Prepare monthly schedule risk assessment reports;
Propose improvements to the process of project schedule risk assessments;
Develop project schedules when needed.
Experience Required :
Minimum 10 years of experience in developing EPC project execution plans and schedules in electrical transmission and distribution projects, including civil construction;
Experience in the identification and assessment of project schedule risks;
Minimum two years of experience in schedule quality checks and schedule risk analysis using advanced analytical tools;
Experience in working with global project teams.
