What You Will be Doing:
Supporting the execution of operational processes including territory alignments and reporting
Supporting commission/ sales incentive payments to sales personnel and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments.
Taking high level business questions and using internal/external data to answer them.
Analyzing and consolidating queries from different data sources and turning them into actionable insights across Sales Development, Sales, Marketing.
Being the go-to person for all Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data needs.
Monitoring daily trends and alert stakeholders when required and suggesting solutions/changes.
What You Should Have:
1-3 years of business or sales operations experience in a SaaS industry.
Advanced Microsoft applications skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and grasp of statistical concepts to drive fact-based decision making.
Knowledge of different sales automation and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Groove, Outreach, SalesLoft).
Knowledge of at least one of the following programming/statistical languages: SQL, Python, MATLAB, R.
A can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
