Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Key Responsibilities
Build interactive dashboards to analyze the data, using tools like Tableau, Power BI Desktop etc.

Lead for all data automation / migration / ETL projects and guide the team on SQL deveopment best practices
Interpret sales compensation and related data, analyze results and draw meaningful conclusions & actionable recommendations
Present the data-backed story of insights and recommendations to Senior business leaders
Work with stakeholders (Sales, Business Operations and Finance teams) and understand information needs.

Ability to work through ambiguous requests
Work very closely with the regional SCP Operations leaders across the globe to provide data backed business insights around Sales compensation performance and AdHoc analysis
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Essential Requirements
Very strong knowlege on MS-SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio, & Tableau deveopment is
