Overview of Market & Client Insights Team
Our mission is to provide research and insights regarding markets, clients, prospects, industries and competitors to drive revenue growth through more effective sales, marketing, and innovation.

The Market & Client Insights team in India is further segmented into teams aligned with the various geography and segment business units within Willis Towers Watson.

The team provides a range of services from information access and delivery (utilizing several external research subscriptions and WTW proprietary research and data) to primary and secondary research for more complex requests requiring multiple sources and potentially multiple methodologies.

The Role
The research assistant role in information services team is designed to support client management and sales organization and all WTW Lines of Business (LOBs) across the globe in their consulting and sales activities.

A research assistant would be responsible for a diverse range of tasks to support research and consulting activities of the firm.

He/she will be expected to provide data and information support to consultants globally as well as assist in consulting support and other research projects from time to time.

Main tasks include:
Data Collation and information gathering on core projects
Use specialized databases to support research and information needs of consultants.

This also entails adequate use of WTW subscriptions
Ensure timely response and high stakeholder engagement
Management of small projects
Handle short market research requests including company and competitor research
Major accountabilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Basic project management as needed, including managing of timeline and milestones.

Develop and maintain strong, ongoing, productive working relationship with stakeholders for the provision of Market & Client Insights (MCI) support services.

Participate in regular telephone discussions, meetings and email communications to understand and interpret research requirements, to communicate project status, and to deliver products and services ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

Currently in final year of graduation and pursuing a bachelor’s deg
