Working as an individual contributor with several stakeholders, such as the larger JBS Leadership, JLL Organisation, JLL TDIM team, Program Management Office, Operations Teams, Re-Engineering Team, Transition Team, Automation team, etc.

, you will set the vision for this role and enforce a process that would help the Organisation meet its Reporting, Data and Continuous Improvement Goals and Objectives.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Director Process Excellence in establishing the analytics practise for the Global JLL business services teams.

The candidate would be expected to understand the product / services offered by JBS and JLL to identify business metrics that should be tracked, visualized, and predicted.

The manager analytics would be expected to design, deploy & present analytics-based insights which can help JBS / JLL take informed decisions on driving business metrics through Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics as applicable.

Your duties and responsibilities would be (but not limited to) the following:

You will be overall responsible for “Thought Leadership” within the Reporting & CI Team in its journey to become a strategic enabler for JLL Business Services
Work as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets that can be leveraged
Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets
Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores
You should have a deep understanding of the types and analytics & approaches
The role requires a good understanding, knowledge of statistical modelling and visualization techniques along with exceptional problem-solving skills
You will be developing insights and delivering business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital etc.

You should have experience in deploying analytics practises across “Green field operations”
You should have exceptional presentation and communication skills to communicate at various levels within and across the organization
You should demonstrate excellence in stakeholder relationship management & coor
