Currently we are looking for someone to join our Wroclaws centre on position of:
Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities
Participate in the design, development and delivery of useful metrics, dashboards, analyses and data reporting
Prepare and analyse metrics to measure the effectiveness of business outcomes using dashboards, and clear & concise charts containing graphics, tables and other related reports and/or presentations
Collaborating with other teams within the business to help support their data, reporting and insight requirements Provide reports with global scope to Board of Directors
Develop material for and provide training to stakeholders on data interpretation, data evaluation, statistical and analytical techniques
Troubleshooting reporting and analytics errors to determine root cause
Liaison with IT Data and Analytics/Finance teams on cross functional reporting
Building new reporting solutions when required
Developing and running various ad-hoc data collections
Cooperation with Operations Team in driving automation/improvement projects
Create new processes for data extraction and build automation tools for day-to-day analyses
Ensuring all procedural documentation is maintained up-to-date
Bringing a fresh view into the team being able to propose own solutions and ideas to make the team stronger and more effective
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including strong capabilities with Access, Excel (pivot table, analytical functions, data visualization, VBA, Power Excel) and PowerPoint
Experience in programming languages (R, SQL, Python) and Power BI Online Desktop
